We had a tour booked with Exploringwithgysi (through Viator) which we really excited for, we were at the wrong location (our fault) our tour guide messaged us and said he would wait 5 minutes. The start time of the tour is 9:00am, We were running and would have arrived at 9:05 but I got a message from the guide saying they had left at 9:04.
