“The guide didn’t know basic information. No question was answered with fact or even latest research. He made up stories that even the signage differed from. He was concentrated on his own ego and showmanship without a care about the people in his care. He stood in Front of ancient ruins making photos impossible. His knowledge was extremely limited. Basic questions about the excavation of the site were incorrectly answered - according to subsequent research. He was extremely offensive and very loud. Not at all service oriented or caring about the group.”

“The experience was great! I visited this ancient site and it's been amazing, also because we were routed by a fantastic and passionate guide named Elidon! This guy made the whole group feel like the ancient world were still alive nowadays, a jump into the past. He's really well informed about the history and his country, he also mentioned some ancient legends which made me dream a bit. It's a must have if plan to go to butrint.
