“Warning: stay away from this company if you value your time. My trip was at 10:30, I got there and there was no one and finally when the guy showed up, he asked me to give him extra cash on the side. I have lived here in Saranda for 6 months and this company is a scam. He wanted me to pay extra even to him even after I had paid and confirmed via Viator. The reason I use Viator is to avoid street hustlers. When I said no, he cancelled my trip.”
